Protecting your Microsoft Teams with Team Policy ?

For all Business owners and assigned co-owners looking to automate the task of reviewing members of your team, now you can with Team Policy. Co-owners or operational roles challenged with the task of tracking and updating who is added to a team, auditing that all teams have the right people assigned to the right team can now do so in an efficient, secure and automated way.

You can easily configure Team Policy with a Daily review frequency. This will enable ezTeam to review members of your team and compare it against existing company policy. Based on the Team Policy settings, owners, co-owners or operational analysts are immediately notified on information such as compliant or non-compliant user/users discovered in Teams management.

This co-owner support team can also take real-time corrective actions right from the existing chat window or from any mobile device.

Once the support team validates the accuracy of a business rule in Team Policy, then the entire review process of a Team can be automated for ezTeam to manage and protect your Teams!
