Assess · Migration Blueprint Assessment

The plan the whole program is measured against.

Not a report on your environment — the acceptance criteria for the program. Every engagement starts here, and the Blueprint stands on its own: a plan you can act on whether or not you hire us for the migration.

What the Blueprint establishes

Four things every migration needs before anything moves.

Estate inventory

Every directory, application, entitlement, integration, and customization in your legacy identity platform — counted, mapped, and rated for complexity. Nothing surfaces mid-migration as a surprise.

Business processes, named and owned

The processes that must survive the move — onboarding, access requests, approvals, revocation, certification — each named and assigned a business owner who signs it off.

Acceptance criteria

The standard each process must clear at cutover, written down while it is still cheap to change. The program is held to these criteria, not to a status report.

UAT strategy & risk register

What Ratify™ will validate, in what order, and where the risk concentrates — so validation effort lands where a broken process would hurt most.

Where it leads

The Blueprint is step one of three.

  1. Assess

    Blueprint

The plan, the owners, and the criteria — you are here.

  2. Migrate

    eMigrateSecure™

Moves the environment to modern cloud identity with precision.

  3. Validate

    Ratify™

Proves every named process meets the standard the Blueprint set, ahead of cutover and every day after.
